Tested backups (3-2-1)
Three copies, two media types, one immutable off-site copy — with a documented restoration test, not just a backup that "runs".
Strong authentication (MFA)
MFA enforced on sensitive access (email, VPN, administration) and a password policy aligned with ANSSI guidelines.
Endpoint protection (EDR)
Detection and response on workstations and servers, hardening, patch management.
Transparency & traceability
Clear quotes, documented hardware references, operational deliverables handed to the client (runbook).
Incident assistance
Written incident procedure, single point of contact, support from remediation through to return to service.

Is KOLOSALTech already ExpertCyber-labeled?
No. The process is underway. The ExpertCyber label is issued by Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr after an audit conducted by AFNOR Certification: it is earned, not declared. We already apply the expected practices and will announce the label once obtained.
What is the ExpertCyber label?
It is the reference label created by Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr (the French national assistance scheme for cyberattack victims) to recognize local cybersecurity providers serving SMEs, small businesses, local authorities and associations. It certifies a level of technical expertise and transparency, audited by an independent body.
How does this protect me as a client?
The label guarantees you're choosing a partner recognized by the State and audited. While we work toward it, our transparency commitment plays the same role: you can judge our practices on the evidence, starting with a free cyber diagnostic.
And the cost? The French government helps
The French government funds and structures SME security upgrades. We build your project so it fits these schemes when you're eligible — the real cost isn't always what you'd expect.
