How does a partnership get started?

30-min video brief to assess the fit. If it works: NDA + standard partnership agreement (KOLOSALTech template) signed within 15 days. A first test project runs in parallel.

Are commissions negotiable?

The standard public scale is shown above. Volume brackets + project specifics open the door to negotiation. Everything is documented contractually.

Which hardware does the reseller agreement cover?

The entire catalog range (Dell, HPE, Fortinet, Synology, etc.) + distributed software solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Bitdefender, Sophos, Microsoft, etc.). Catalog shared via a dedicated portal.

What about geographic exclusivity?

None by default. Territory exclusivity is negotiable for premium partners who have reached significant revenue thresholds (from €500k/year).

And lead protection (deal registration)?

Deal registration system: a lead registered by a partner is attributed to them for 90 days, protected from internal KOLOSALTech competition.
